JESUS LUONGO
Jesus is a founding partner of Heica Construction, and his credentials reflect his exceptional expertise in the field of construction. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, awarded by the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela in 2014. Subsequently, he pursued higher education in the United States, culminating in a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Florida International University.
With over 10 years of experience in high-end new construction and remodeling projects. His combination of distinguished academic and professional backgrounds ensures the meticulous execution and success of every project, benefiting the entire project team.
ANDRES GUARACHE
Andres, one of the founding partners of Heica Construction, is a Civil Engineer who earned his degree from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela in 2013. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
With over a decade of work experience, including more than 6 years dedicated to high-end construction, Andres possesses a wealth of knowledge. His professional journey includes tenure with prominent design builders in Miami, alongside his notable role as a partner at Heica Construction.
